Saturday Urban Babes Session

In Teams of two, one person working at a time- complete the following:

25 Deadlifts
45 Burpees
65 Squats
85 Sit Ups
100m Prowler
400m Run

Steph + Amanda: 15:49
Ness + Ash: 16.40
Sandy + Candice: 18.10

So proud of you girls! You killed it! Now you've met the prowler, burpees aren't that bad!
